Please read before submitting:

The person booking the facilities is responsible for any loss or damage caused by guests attending.

A returnable deposit of £100 cash must be paid two weeks before the event against damage to Club property and/or breach of displayed RBL & Club bye rules/laws.

A list of names and addresses of all guests attending the function must be submitted no later than two weeks before the event.

Any person currently suspended from the Club may not enter the premises, even as a guest to a private function.

The Club cannot be held responsible for uninvited persons attending.

All children must be kept under control and supervised at all times.

The Club will not tolerate breaches of the law relating to underage drinking or drug abuse. The Club reserves the right to cancel the event immediately in such circumstances, with the damage deposit forfeited.

All guests must remain in the function hall(s) booked. They are not permitted to use other bars and facilities of the Club unless they are members of the Royal British Legion or by pre-agreed arrangement.

All drinks consumed on the premises, including the grounds, must be paid for at the Club bars. Any observed breach may result in the function being stopped immediately and the damage deposit forfeited, subject to pre-agreed corkage conditions.

Certain standards of dress are expected throughout the Club. Men must keep their shoulders covered. Ladies and all attendees must dress with a modicum of decency.

All guests must respect neighbours by vacating the premises quietly.
18th Birthday Parties
The price includes two additional SIA approved doorpersons to control and monitor access. ID wristbands may be issued on presentation of suitable identification where necessary. Doorpersons will monitor the premises, toilets and grounds for underage drinking, drug abuse, and offsite-purchased beverage consumption. They may also conduct clothing and baggage searches.
Any such instances observed by doorpersons, staff, or CCTV monitoring may result in the immediate cancellation of the event, forfeiture of the damage deposit, and all persons being escorted offsite. Alcohol and drug abuse will be reported to the police.
